Joseph Hidalgo - Adromischus

Joseph has been growing xerophytes since 1989 and has been an active club member for over a decade. Over the years, his interest has peaked and waned with different genera. He has extensively grown many species of Lithops, Pelargonium, Othonna, Tylecodon, Conophytum, Pachypodium, Haworthia, Gasteria, as well as many asclepiads, african bulbs, pachycauls and caudiciforms. Many from seed.  As well as being a plant geek, He is also a sought-after potter.

The Genera Adromischus is part of the family Crassulaceae which contains many popular plants in succulent collections. Some members in this vast plant tribe include Echeveria, Kalanchoe, Sedum, Dudleya, Crassula, and Cotyledon among others. Some of Mr. Hidalgo's all-time favorite plants are in this family, namely species of Tylecodon and Adromischus. Adromischus are all from Southern Africa. Plant fanatics collect them for their shapes, markings, and compact habit.

He will be bringing hand-crafted pots for sale.
