August 6, 2017 Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
Attending: Linda Delgado, Kathi Cambiano, Sonia Dyer & Roger Lane
Meeting called to order @ 11:00
Meeting was a round table
Kathi:
- Kathi is working with Peterson Middle School on a date for the Fall Show and Sale (FS&S) Sonia may work on this as well.
- Discussed dates for Prusch Farms April 8, 2018 moved to April 1, 2018 because of Easter
- Katia may help with demonstration at our FS&S
- We may need help if Terri is not available for the FS&S to handle hospitality
- Kathi would like to have volunteers help to clean up after each meeting
- We need to get volunteers to help with the Mini Show for 2018

- Linda checked into the "Ask Me" buttons. She will see what she can get or make

- Sonia shared that information about the trip to Castroville. It is on Sept 29th and 30th.
