Plant Tissue Culture of Cactus and Succulents at Home The CSSSJ March presentation will cover the basic concepts and practical implementation of plant tissue culture of cactus and succulents. Topics such as necessary supplies and equipment, culture establishment, micropropagation, rooting and acclimation out of culture will be discussed.
