51^st Spring Show and Sale

Our Spring Show and Sale will be at Peterson Middle School, 1380 Rosalia Ave, Sunnyvale, 94087. We start setting up no earlier than 4 pm on Friday 4/28. The school has asked that our members and volunteers avoid interfering with student pickups. This means that if you arrive early please do not park or mingle in the pickup area near the front of the school. If you do arrive early, please plan on parking in the larger parking lot (continue on Poplar and take a left on Bryant Way to enter) near the gym.

Friday (April 28, 2023):
	4:00pm:	This is when we can get into the Multipurpose Room.
	4:00pm - 5:00pm:	Set up tables
	6:30pm:	All show entries should be available for staging
	6:30pm - 8:00pm:	Stage show entries
	6:30pm - 8:30pm:	Volunteer shopping
	9:00pm:	We must be out of the building!

Saturday (April 29, 2023):
	8:00am - 10:00am:	CSSSJ member early access
	9:00am - 10:00am:	Society members early access
	10:00am - 5:00pm:	Show and Sales areas open to the public
	5:00pm:	Voting ends for "People’s Choice"

Sunday (April 30, 2023) note new hours:
	9:00am - 3:30pm:	Show and Sales areas open to the public

There will be prizes awarded for the entries that are most popular with our visitors.

Show entries may be picked up starting at 3:30pm.

Remember to bring in all the boxes you can find that are suitable for plants. You get .05 per box in show bucks to spend!
