Summer Show and Sale

Our Summer Show and Sale will be at a temporary replacement for our usual venue: Fammatre Elementary School, 2800 New Jersey Avenue, San Jose, CA 95124. We start setting up no earlier than 4 pm on Friday 6/23. (See first article for more details.)

Friday (June 23, 2023):
	4:00pm - 6:30pm:	Set up for Vendors
	5:00pm - 7:00pm:	Show Set-up
	6:30pm:	All Show entries need to dropped off for staging
	6:30pm - 8:30pm:	Volunteer Appreciation Sale

Saturday (June 24, 2023):
	7:00am - 8:00am:	Set-up for Vendors
	8:00am - 10:00am:	Member Shopping
	8:00am - 5:00pm:	Show Voting
	9:00am - 10:00am:	Other Societies Access
	12:00pm - 1:30pm:	Potluck/Lunch
	10:00am - 5:00pm:	Public Sale Time

Sunday (June 25, 2023):
	8:00am - 9:00am:	Set-up for Vendors
	12:00pm - 1:30pm:	Potluck/Lunch
	2:00pm:	Show Winners Announced
	9:00am - 3:30pm:	Public Sale Time
	3:30am - 5:00pm:	Clean-up

There will be prizes awarded for the entries that are most popular with our visitors.

Show entries may be picked up starting at 3:30pm.

Remember to bring in all the boxes you can find that are suitable for plants. You get .05 per box in show bucks to spend!

Note that you must be a member volunteer to access early shopping on Friday and Saturday.
