Summer Show & Sale

We invite you to our Summer Show & Sale, a.k.a. the Cactus & Succulent Fair, on the third weekend of August. This summer, we plan to have 40 vendors offering a wide selection of beautiful cacti, succulents, and pottery. Our judged plant show has been outstanding the past couple years, so be sure to get your plants ready to exhibit!

Please help us spread the word about the event by sharing the flyer and information with your friends, family, and on social media.

Membership Perks

• Club members will have half an hour of first-pick early access on Friday afternoon, from 5:30 to 6:00 pm.
• Club members are likewise invited to join volunteers and vendors for lunch at noon on Sunday.

Volunteering

Our Show & Sale is only possible because of our amazing volunteers. Every shift filled helps our event run smoothly, whether you can volunteer for a few hours or several shifts.

As a thank-you, volunteers will:

• Receive complimentary meals during the days of their scheduled shifts.
• Earn Show Bucks, which can be used like cash to shop at the Show & Sale, for every shift worked.

If standing for long periods is a concern, chairs are available at all volunteer stations, so we encourage everyone to help in whatever way they’re able.

No experience is needed — just a willingness to pitch in and have fun! Please take a look at the available shifts and sign up where you can. Every volunteer makes a difference, and we truly couldn’t do it without you.
